This crispy air-fried salmon features a blend horseradish, parsley and capers for an easy, yet impressive dinner to serve guests. If you can't find fresh horseradish, use a high-quality prepared product.




  • Coat the basket of an air fryer with cooking spray.

  • Combine horseradish, parsley, capers and oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Spread the horseradish mixture over the top of the salmon. Coat with cooking spray.

  • Place the salmon in the prepared basket. Cook at 375°F until internal temperature registers 130°F, about 15 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
