Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce package refrigerated crescent dough for recipes

  • ¼ cup butter, melted

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup desired dippers such as fruit jam, syrup, honey, melted chocolate, caramel sauce, or frosting

Directions

  1. Unroll crescent dough sheet. Pat dough out to an 8x12-inch rectangle. Using a pizza cutter, cut dough in half lengthwise and then cut crosswise into 1/2-inch wide strips.

  2. Dip sticks in butter. Place in a single layer in air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 4 to 5 minutes or until well browned. In a pie plate or shallow bowl stir together sugar and cinnamon. Remove doughnut sticks from air fryer and roll in cinnamon sugar. Repeat with remaining dough.

  3. Serve with dippers such as jam, syrup, honey, melted chocolate, caramel, or desired frosting.

Donut Bites

Use a 16.3-ounce package refrigerated large biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Prepare as directed in Step 2. Makes 32 bites.
