In a large bowl toss Brussels sprouts with oil, salt, and pepper. Working in batches, if necessary, arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in air fryer basket (don't overcrowd). Cook for 10 to 12 minutes or until sprouts are browned and tender, shaking or stirring once. Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small saucepan combine the mango nectar, rice vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, fish sauce, and chile sauce. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
