Preheat air fryer at 400°F. In a large bowl whisk together next 8 ingredients (through black pepper). Add Brussels sprouts; toss to coat. Working in batches, if necessary, arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in air-fryer basket (do not overcrowd). Cook 5 minutes; shake basket. Cook 5 to 7 minutes more or until sprouts are tender and deep golden brown. If cooking in batches, return all sprouts to air-fryer basket and cook 1 minute more to heat through. Top Brussels sprouts with pecans and, if you like, drizzle with additional maple syrup. Toasting Pecans Toast the pecans in the air fryer at 400°F for 3 minutes.
