This festive cookie pizza is as simple as it is delicious! Sweeten up your Fourth of July spread with this quick and easy dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 16.5 ounce package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

  • 2 cup tiny marshmallows

  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate pieces (3 oz.)

  • 1 ½ cup red and blue candy-coated milk chocolate pieces

  • 2 - 4 graham cracker squares, coarsely crushed

  • 4th of July sprinkles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12- to 14-inch pizza pan. Press cookie dough slices into pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.

  2. Immediately sprinkle with marshmallows; bake 2 to 3 minutes more or until puffed. Remove to a wire rack. Add chocolate pieces; let stand 5 minutes to soften. Sprinkle with red and blue candy-coated milk chocolate pieces, graham crackers, and sprinkles. Cool completely.
