Calling all stylish pets and their owners: IKEA just rolled out a line of pet products! A lot of pet furniture tends to be clunky or an eyesore, but not the new LURVIG ("shaggy" in Swedish) line. The pieces have all of IKEA's usual sleek, no-fuss aesthetic, so they'll blend right in with your other furniture. LURVIG was also designed with the help of a veterinarian, so you can rest assured knowing these items have your pet's safety and comfort in mind.

For both cats and dogs, LURVIG offers beds, blankets, bowls, reflective leashes and collars (safety first!), and toys. Special for cats, they also offer a litter box and scratching accessories. You can't purchase the items online right now, but check your local US stores for availability.

If only we could train Fido to assemble the furniture, too.

Sneaky Shelf

This is probably one of our favorite pieces from this line. It's a comfy cat house designed to insert into one of your KALLAX shelving unit boxes. Genius!

Sitting Pretty

Give your furry friends their very own version of the KLIPPAN loveseat (for humans). This pet bed can be used by cats and dogs alike. It's so cute, we want one for ourselves.

Multipurpose Mansion

Talk about multifunctional: This cat house features a snuggly cushion and scratching pad for your cat, but also doubles as a small table for you. Use it in one of three ways—place it on legs, hang it on the wall as a floating shelf, or slip it into a shelving unit.

Ergonomic Eating

Got a dog who scarfs down his food like there's no tomorrow? That can actually cause stomach pain. The bump in the middle of this ergonomic bowl makes him take smaller bites.

Bold Blanket

Protect your furniture and car seats from dirty paws with this durable blanket. It's water-resistant and machine-washable. Plus, that black and white graphic pattern goes with anything!

"Sneaky Shelf" and "Multipurpose Mansion" would never have survived my cats leaping into them without tipping over or shaking what looks like fragile objects off their shelves. And the dog in "Ergonomic eating" has obviously already figured out an easy way to get his food in spite of the "slow-down" bump in his bowl.
