What You'll Need:

  • 18 or 20 gauge wire
  •  Wire snips
  •  Needlenose pliers
  • Wooden spoon

Step 1: Coil Your Wire

You can find 18 or 20 gauge wire in the jewelry making aisle at your local crafts supply store. Using your wire snips, cut a 10-12-inch length of wire. Tightly coil the piece of wire around the handle of the wooden spoon two or three times, leaving the rest of the wire straight.

Step 2: Shape the Card Holder

Slide the wire coil off of the spoon. Use the pliers to bend the end of the coil at a 90-degree angle. Place card between coils to hold it in place. The card holder can be placed in floral arrangements or centerpieces.
