Dress Up Your Kitchen for Spring with KitchenAid’s 5 New Mixer Bowls
See all the stunning designs released just in time for warmer weather.
In addition to making baking a breeze, KitchenAid products have made our kitchens more beautiful for 100 years. To help celebrate its centennial year, the leading kitchen brand announced five new stand-mixer bowls. Part of a spring-summer release, the ceramic bowls are adorned with beautiful floral patterns and hand-drawn designs.
“Our new bowls offer function and versatility,” said Nikki Lockett, U.S. Marketing Leader for KitchenAid Small Appliances, in a press release. “With new textures and finishes, makers can continue to seek inspiration in the kitchen by introducing a fresh accessory to their stand mixer, adding their own personal mark."
The 5-quart ceramic bowls range from $84.99 to $94.99. They’re microwave-, freezer-, and oven-safe, titanium-reinforced for durability, and okay to put in the dishwasher. They’re even made to be 30 percent lighter, which is a big win for avid bakers.
One of our favorite designs is the Scandi Floral bowl, which matches perfectly with the Pistachio Matte 5-quart stand mixer. The floral design looks hand-painted and is the perfect way to kick off spring. The Parasol mixer bowl, pictured above, features a similar pattern but has a beveled bowl shape that adds a little texture to your kitchen.
Whispering Floral, shown above, is stamped with a subtle floral graphic. Its subdued color palette makes it perfect to pair with some of those hard-to-match KitchenAid stand mixer colors.
Also in the release is the Confetti Sprinkle bowl, pictured above, which will make any baking day a celebration, and the White Mermaid Lace bowl, which is 3D-embossed with a fish scale-inspired pattern.
The adorable spring designs make for a fun statement appliance that we're more than happy to leave out on our counter. The five new bowls join the ranks of several other KitchenAid product releases in 2019. We can't wait to see the limited edition Queen of Hearts collection, available April 1, and KitchenAid’s new digital countertop oven and convection oven, available this summer.
