Bed Bath & Beyond Just Launched the Cutest New Kid's Line
It doesn’t get more adorable than flower-crown animal artwork.
When it comes to decorating kids’ rooms, there’s a fine line between kitschy and cute. Children’s decor should have playful personality, but it also needs to age well as your little one grows up. Enter: Bed Bath & Beyond's new children’s furnishings brand, Marmalade.
The collection of 194 items includes accessories like wall art, lighting, rugs, and peel-and-stick wallpaper as well as an assortment of furniture for playrooms and kids’ bedrooms. Designed to spark your child’s imagination, animal-themed items like a dozing sloth rug, a fox-shaped laundry hamper, and canvas wall art featuring zoo favorites wearing flower crowns add a trendy spin on kids decor. Accessories start at $12.99, and furniture pieces range from $79.99 for an accent chair to $599.99 for a platform bed.
Whimsical patterns—like rainbow confetti, prowling cheetahs, and star-speckled skies—pair with bold colors for kid-friendly appeal, while contemporary silhouettes keep the collection current. Drawing inspiration from mid-century modern and global design styles, the line features on-trend color combos like millennial pink, mustard yellow, and navy. “We are beyond excited to bring Marmalade to life and into the homes of our customers who desire to outfit their little one’s space with just as much style and care as the rest of their home,” says Debbie Propst, Bed Bath & Beyond’s chief brand officer, in a press release.
Although intended for children, many of the furnishings, especially the table lamps and rugs, could easily work elsewhere in your home. Drawing on popular interior design trends, including statement wallpaper and Moroccan-inspired textiles, the collection isn't exclusive for tots.
