Can I Renew My Magazine Subscription Online?

  • You can renew your subscription online by using our online customer service center.  To access the online customer service center, Click Here or go to our FAQ page.  
  • Remember to include the mailing address as it appears on your magazine label, renewal notice or billing invoice in your e-mail as well as your account number. Your account number is on your magazine address label. The sample below shows the location of the account number in yellow (the first 10 numbers above your name).

Can I Send a Magazine Subscription as a Gift?

  • Yes! Magazines make a great gift. Visit our magazine store for details.

Does My Mailing Label Show a Paid Subscription?

  • The expiration date on your label may not indicate that your subscription is paid. After we receive your renewal order, we extend the expiration date on your label before payment arrives.

When Does My Subscription Expire?

You can find subscription expiration information on your mailing label. The sample, above, shows the location of the account number in yellow (the first 10 numbers above your name) and the expiration date.

How Do I Access My Account Information Using the Online Customer Service Center?

  • You can access information regarding your magazine subscriptions as well as your online profile. To access the online customer service center, simply click on this Customer Service link and you'll be able to access your subscription information.
  • If  you need to access or alter information about your magazine subscription (renew, cancel, report missed issues, etc.), you will need your account number as well as the mailing address as it appears on your magazine label, renewal notice or billing invoice. Your account number is on your magazine address label. See the mailing label sample above.
  • If you need to update your profile (change password, update e-mail newsletter preferences, etc.) you will not need an account number. You will be prompted to log-in once you click on a link if you are not already logged in. If you do not remember your password, your password will be e-mailed to you if you click on the "Change Your Password" link.
  • If you have any problems accessing your information you can go to our FAQ page and submit a question.

How Can I Stop Getting Duplicate Issues?

  • If you are getting two copies of the same issue, you can report the duplicate issues by using our online customer service tool Click Here or go to our FAQ page.

How Do I Get A Missing Issue Replaced?

  • Each issue the magazine is published should arrive by the first of the month. If it doesn't, please use our online customer service center to report the missing issue

  • You will need your account number to access your account information. Check your magazine address label. In the sample label above, the account number (the first 10 numbers above your name) is highlighted in yellow.

What Can I Do About A Damaged Issue?

  • If an issue arrives damaged, we'll either extend your subscription an extra issue or replace the damaged issue (supplies permitting).
  • To report the damaged issue, please use our online customer service center. Click Here to access.

How Do I Change My Mailing Address?

  • You can change your address via our online customer service center.  To access the online customer service center Click Here.

When Will My First Bill Arrive?

  • If you're a new subscriber, your bill will arrive with the first issue of your magazine. You may use the reply envelope enclosed or sign on to the online customer service center Click Here or go to FAQ's.
  • Remember to include the mailing address as it appears on your magazine label, renewal notice or billing invoice in your e-mail as well as your account number. Your account number is on your magazine address label. See the mailing label sample above.
  • Your prompt payment will ensure that your subscription continues without interruption.

When Will My First Issue Arrive?

  • You will receive your first magazine approximately 4 to 6 weeks after you place your order.
  • If it has been more than 6 weeks since you placed your order, let us know by please let us know by submitting a question to our support team at bhgeditor@meredith.com. Include your mailing address as it appears on your magazine label, renewal notice or billing invoice.

Why Did I Get Another Bill When I Just Paid?

  • If you recently sent in your payment, it probably crossed in the mail. Please discard the bill.

I Haven't Received My Free Gift.

  • Printed gifts will arrive with the first issue of your magazine subscription.  If your free booklet was not included with the magazine issue please let us know by submitting a question to our support team at bhgeditor@meredith.com.

How Do I Cancel My Digital Subscription?

  • Your subscription will renew automatically each month (for monthly subscribers) or each year (for annual subscribers) unless you take action to cancel it. To do so, open the "Settings" app on your iPad and select "Store." Tap on your Apple ID and select "View Apple ID." Once your account information appears, scroll down to "Subscriptions" and tap "Manage". Here you can turn your subscription off and on.

How Do I Cancel My Next Issue Subscription(s)?

  • If you did not receive email notification that your subscription has been canceled, please follow the steps below to cancel your account.
  1. Go to nextissue.com
  2. Tap on the Sign Up / Sign In button in the upper right corner
  3. Sign in to your account
  4. Tap on Account Summary
  5. Under Order History, tap Cancel for all your subscriptions.

Was My Order Accepted?

  • All of your online orders can be found in our online customer service center. If your order is not listed there, it was not accepted by our system.
