The Health Nut Tries Aerial Yoga

[MUSIC] I've only done a couple of yoga classes over the years, and I've definitely never done aerial yoga, ever. I'm a little bit worried about holding the positions, getting into the positions and holding them And I'm especially worried about hanging upside down, because I get carsick and I get motion sickness, so I'm really hoping that I don't barf. [MUSIC] [INAUDIBLE] Yes. Yes! Here we go. Go for the floor. Okay! Yay! [LAUGH] Yes. I think I'm okay. [UNKNOWN] yoga wasn't as hard as I thought it was gonna be. I feel like I gained a little confidence in my body, that I didn't have before. If your thinking about aerial yoga, I would definitely take a regular yoga class first, especially if you've never done yoga, and try to go to a small class and ask for help from the teacher throughout. In the end, it makes you feel like wow I really, I can do that. My body can do that and I would definitely do it again. [MUSIC] [BLANK_AUDIO]
