Cast a spell over your cocktail party with our ominous array of devilish Halloween drinks. Mix up a Halloween sangria or one of our other delicious Halloween cocktails for your next spooky bash.

Cast a spell over your next adults-only Halloween party with our array of devilish drinks. These spooky Halloween cocktails are so festive, they'll impress even the most unenthusiastic mummy in attendance. For the most thrilling effect, line up a dashing selection of drinks, then dare each of your party guests to name their poison. For an extra-haunting touch, add pimiento-stuffed olives (they look like eyes) and fruits carved like jack-o'-lanterns to your Halloween drink table spread.

Ghoulish Green Shot

Crème de menthe is the secret to this mean green cocktail. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass (we're totally in love with this skeleton-theme cocktail glass) and dip it into black decorating sugar for extra ghoulish glam.

To make the cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, 2 parts lime juice, 2 parts simple syrup, 1 part white rum, and a splash of crème de menthe. Cover and shake. Pour into glasses and add 1 part club soda to top off the drinks.

Spilled-Blood Sangria

Sustain your favorite party-going vampires with this simple Halloween sangria.

To make the cocktail: In a 3-qt. glass pitcher or punch bowl stir together 2 cups cranberry juice and 1 cup clementine or orange juice. Add two 750-ml bottles dry red wine and ½ cup sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add additional sugar to taste. Cover and chill at least 3 hours, then stir in a few cups of fruit before serving (cranberries and clementine slices look especially haunting). Freeze some of the sangria into ice cubes to keep this blood-red drink on the dark side until the very last drop.

Monkey Ghost Martini

This spirit is more poltergeist than ghoul. The creepy claw-hand glass turns this palatable potion into sinister-looking libation, while its banana and coconut flavors invoke the spirit of the drink's namesake.

To make the cocktail: In a blender combine 1 part coconut milk, ½ part rum, and ¼ part orange juice. Add ¼ of a medium banana for every 2 oz. coconut milk. Sweeten with desired amount of vanilla bean paste. Blend and pour over ice and garnish with coconut shavings.

Poison-Apple Potion

This favorite autumn flavor turns evil with a wickedly good concoction of applejack and hard cider. Serve this at a spooky Halloween party, or make it for your squad after a day at the apple orchard. Remember the cinnamon sticks for a tasty garnish.

To make the cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, 2 Tbsp. applejack, 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and a pinch of ground cinnamon. Cover and shake. Pour into a glass and add ½ cup chilled hard cider to top it off.

Spooky-Sweet Pumpkin Latte

'Tis the season of pumpkin spice everything, and your Halloween bash is no exception. Set your party's haunted scene with spooky pumpkin decorations and pumpkin flavors to match. Bonus: This drink makes your house smell delicious all day!

To make the cocktail: Make 11 servings in your slow cooker by combining 4 cups milk, 4 cups coffee, ⅓ cup sugar, and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours. You can serve the drink as is or tip in ½ cup hazelnut liqueur, amaretto, or Irish cream. Serve immediately or keep covered on low up to 2 hours.

Bloody, Bloody Mary

Guts and gore, anyone? The vampires at your party will find that this spooky offering taps just the right vein. Chunky salsa and vegetable juice give this drink a chilling effect.

To make the cocktail: Combine 1 cup salsa in a blender with 2 cups vegetable juice, 2 Tbsp. lime juice, 2 tsp. prepared horseradish, and ¼ tsp. celery salt. Add hot sauce for an extra-bloody kick. Divide among four glasses and garnish with a splash of vodka and olive “eyes” pierced on a toothpick.

Smoked Bacon Rye Sour

Conjure up a little black magic—in the form of hardwood smoke—to flavor the lemons and the ice cubes in this spellbinding brew. This drink combines smoked lemons, smoked ice cubes, and bacon-infused rye for a mystically dark experience. Make your own smoked lemons and ice by grilling lemons directly on the grill rack, and grilling ice in a foil pan before refreezing into cubes.
