What You'll Need

Step 1: Add large flowers

Choose a round, wide white pumpkin for this project. A real pumpkin will last several months because you won't be making any cuts, but a faux white pumpkin is reusable season after season. Begin with the largest flowers. Make large felt peonies in shades of pink and hot-glue lengthwise to the top of the pumpkin. Arrange these in a ring around the stem, staggering the sizes and colors of flowers to create a full display. Or, if you prefer, trim the stem so it can be covered by the felt blooms. Don't worry about how the flowers look from the top—you'll be covering this ring with a smaller ring of blooms.

Step 2: Add small flowers

Attach felt roses and beaded flowers to the tops of the peonies, creating a second smaller ring.

Step 3: Add leaves

Cut green felt leaves in a variety of sizes and tuck under the peonies, attaching with a dot of glue to finish the pumpkin. Add this adorable creation to your fall decor for a big pop of color.
