Selena Gomez just put her Los Angeles home on the market, and whoever sweeps it up is going to be one lucky homeowner. This four-bedroom stunner is modest in size considering Gomez's superstar status, but it certainly has style. Nestled in Studio City, the home is on the market for $2,799,000. The listing on Homes.com shows Selena’s house fashioned without her belongings, but we still get a sense of the songstress’ style. If we can’t get a personal invite to her next backyard barbecue, this is the next best thing.

Like any high-profile star, Selena needs her privacy. Unwanted visitors and photographers are kept out with a towering ficus hedge in front of the home's facade. Behind this natural barrier, a mosaic of pavers joins with layered landscaping and a garden of lavender. The cream and teal-green exterior of Selena’s home is a quaint reflection of what’s inside.

The 3,188-square-foot interior boasts an open-layout design. The front door transitions into the first living room, dressed up in luxe velvet furniture and gold accents. Bluish-gray walls carry around the corner into the next room. Large windows, doors, and skylights bring in plenty of California sunshine. The green marble tile fireplace surround is the focal point of the living room, setting a playful but sophisticated tone for the rest of the house.

The standout room in Selena's home is the gorgeous gourmet kitchen—hello, Italian villa vibes! Copper pots and pans hang above the island, and brick dresses up the range and floors. The close proximity of the appliances, sink, and prep space make this kitchen highly functional.

Adjacent to the kitchen, another seating area with a TV awaits to keep house guests comfortable and close to the cooking. A setup like this couldn’t be more perfect for a dinner party. Follow the brick floor into the dining room where a wood table fits up to eight guests. The choice of light wood and mismatched chairs warms the white walls and creates a casual setting.

In yet another living area, a green sofa sits in front of the home's second fireplace. A painted brick surround keeps it from weighing down the smaller space. This room’s decor is a bit cheekier than the rest, but the jewel tones and layered rugs keep it consistent with the singer's style.

The master bedroom, one of the home's four bedrooms, is just as luxurious as the rest of the home with two walk-in closets. While it’s on the market, it’s decorated with a powder blue accent wall and king-size bed on a linen bed frame. The cream and pastel shades create a dreamy place to catch a few Zs. For a bit of nighttime reading, a navy blue chaise sits by a large bay window area overlooking the backyard. Marble outfits the connecting master bath, one of four bathrooms. Double sinks, a walk-in shower, and built-in bathtub make the perfect space for getting ready in the morning.

Of course, a house is only as good as its backyard, and this one lives up to the hype. To cool off on sunny L.A. days, Selena likely sat poolside in her private getaway. A paved patio has some shaded area for dining alfresco, and lounge chairs wait to soak up the sun. Complete with a hot tub, there is really no need to leave this backyard—if it weren’t for tour schedules and days spent in the studio.

Also in the backyard is an entrance to the guesthouse. Guests will feel right at home in the fully furnished living room. Complete with a desk for work, a luxury bathroom, and vaulted ceilings, we’d pick this place over a hotel any day. French doors open up to the welcoming patio and offer beautiful views of the pool.
