TV Armoire Makeover
Your old tube TV may have gone to the curb, but that bulky armoire it used to sit in still has plenty of road miles. Here's how to give the old piece of furniture new life.

[MUSIC] With the doors removed, sand down the piece and remove any dust, fill in any scratches and dents with wood putty. Prime the armoire so the paint will adhere better. Once the primer is dry, paint away with a color that coordinates with your decor. And do the same thing to the doors. Remove the hardware, and sand, wipe down, prime, and paint. Install new shelves to maximum the storage space inside the armoire. Pick shelf paper that matches the paint. Give the armoire a final bit of flair with new hardware. Use poles on one set of doors and add coordinating knobs on the other doors, and don't be afraid to remove anything decorative.
