Key chains can get bogged down with accessories and charms that cause our keys to take up more space in our bags than we would like. If you're looking to give your keys a cute, simple, and inexpensive upgrade, look no further than this DIY leather tassel key chain. Most of the supplies for this project are common craft items, and the leather cording offers endless opportunities for color customization.

The leather tassel is a guaranteed space-saver and so easy to locate. Whether you're fumbling blindly through your purse or scurrying around in a panic before work, the tassel's distinctive texture and bright coloring will make it easy to find in a pinch. If you're wanting a fun addition to gift bags for your friends around the holidays, invest in a few different twine colors and make personalized gifts they'll be sure to carry around with them everywhere. Whether it's a gift for yourself or your friends, the personalization opportunities are great with this tassel project, thanks to the flexibility of colors and lengths!
