What You Need
- Float frame
- Painter's tape
- Small foam roller
- Glass paint
Remove glass panels from float frame. Mask off stripes in various widths on the front of both glass panes using painter's tape. Before you begin painting, pay attention to how the transparent stripes will overlap in the finished projects.
Dip a small foam roller in glass paint and roll on the back of each glass pane. One to two layers of paint is enough; the paint should be translucent. Let dry.
Peel off the tape to reveal stripes. Reassemble frame with photograph.
