This weekend project looks great in an office or bedroom and gives an appropriate space for your favorite reads and artwork. Check out our easy steps below to learn how to make your own.
Stack the wood to create one piece that is 3×2-5⁄8×24+ inches; glue the pieces together and clamp the laminated board; allow glue to dry overnight.
Use a table saw to cut the board into four 5½-inch-long pieces.
Using the pattern, cut each piece to shape using a table saw.
Sand, prime, and paint each corbel. (We chose Sherwin-Williams #6767 Aquarium.) Use blind shelf supports to hang them as corbels on the wall, or use them as bookends.
