Have you been dying to take a trip to Waco, Texas, to gush over all things Magnolia? There's never been a better time than now. Designer, entrepreneur, and Fixer Upper star Joanna Gaines is reopening her Magnolia Warehouse Shop for a limited time this summer. The warehouse will offer major discounts on lightly used home goods, all in Jo's signature modern farmhouse style. There's bound to be tons of hidden treasures buried in the shop, complete with flea market charm—but they won't stay buried for long.

The Magnolia Warehouse Shop began as Joanna's beloved "Little Shop on Bosque"—the first seed planted in the now-massive Magnolia empire. Joanna often credits the tiny home goods shop with giving her the push she needed back in 2003. “In that store, I developed and sharpened my design style and skills, grew as a business owner, and gained much-needed confidence in Magnolia Market and myself,” she writes on her website.

Chip and Jo made the tough decision to close the store to focus on family after their second child was born, but later reopened the shop in 2014. Soon after, the couple's growing popularity caused the shop to relocate to a larger space—the now-popular tourist destination Magnolia Market at the Silos. The compound is home not only to Magnolia Market, but a garden store and bakery, too.

Now Joanna is getting back in touch with her humble beginnings. Her original space will reopen for a limited time only. From now until August 25, Magnolia Warehouse Shop at 3801 Bosque Boulevard will be open to the public  from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Thursday through Saturday. Visitors can peruse the discount store for flea market finds at a fraction of the normal price. Waco, here we come! In the meantime, we'll be watching episodes of Fixer Upper: Behind the Design.
