Water-soluble marking pen

DMC embroidery floss: #779, #842, #3024, #3858, #3859

Black snap

1. Using a light box or sunny window, trace pattern onto one piece of light gray felt using a water-soluble marking pen.

Get the pattern here.

2. Use three strands of embroidery floss for all stitches. Refer to the pattern to stitch the design. For stitch diagrams and instructions,
see Stitch Basics.

See basic embroidery stitches here.

3. Place felt pieces together with wrong sides facing. Stitch the pieces together using one strand of embroidery floss and a running stitch just inside the felt edges.

4. Referring to the pattern for placement, center and hand-stitch one half of the snap to one end of the embroidered piece end. Bring the opposite end around to match up the bracelet ends. Mark the placement of the remaining snap half; hand-sew the snap half in place.
