Gluten Free Honey-Berry Compote

- Chill: 2 hrs to 24 hrs
- 2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint (optional)
- 2 cups halved green or red seedless grapes
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 cups halved fresh strawberries
- 2 cups fresh raspberries and/or blackberries
- Small fresh mint leaves (optional)
- For dressing, in a medium bowl whisk together orange peel, orange juice, honey, and, if desired, the 1 tablespoon snipped mint.
- In a large bowl combine grapes, blueberries, and strawberries. Gently stir in the dressing. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
- Just before serving, stir in raspberries and/or blackberries. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
