1. Use a length of birch pole that is about the width of your window. To hang the topper, cut two 12-inch lengths of wire. Use the wire to make a hanging loop about 6 inches in from each end of the pole.
2. Wire the long-needle pine garland to the pole. Cut apart the frosted grape leaf bush and wire the pieces into the garland, creating an asymmetrical design. Attach the berry sprays with wire. Glue the hydrangea heads to the topper with hotmelt adhesive.
