Stephen's Method:

  1. Fold an 8x11-inch piece of paper in half.
  2. Fold it in half again.
  3. Using scissors, cut one side to it make it a square.
  4. Fold it diagonally into a triangle.
  5. Cut off one side making an arc.
  6. Fold the long side in half.
  7. Cut mini triangles along the folded edges.
  8. Cut a small piece off the pointed tip.
  9. Unfold paper to reveal snowflake.
