While bread and butter is an obvious pairing, olive oil dips offset panache to your bread. Here are some seasonings to add to your oil.


  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1 to 2 tsp. seasoning*


  1. Place olive oil in bowl and stir-in one of the following seasonings to taste.

    • Aleppo pepper
    • Dried tomatoes, finely chopped + fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
    • Dukkah (an Egyptian nut and spice mixture)
    • Everything bagel seasoning
    • Grated Parmesan + dried Italian seasoning
    • Za'atar (a Middle Eastern sesame seed and herb mixture)
