Su-Jit is a storyteller first and everything else second. Her person, however, can be found traveling for food; working off the food at the gym or on some type of adventure; or writing about all of the above and how they shape the human experience. Her work has been featured in HuffPost, PEOPLE, Al Jazeera, Real Simple, Longreads, Thrillist, Serious Eats, Simply Recipes, Kitchn, AllRecipes, Yummly, Folks, Ravishly, AAA Magazine, and others. She has also served as food editor for Y'at Magazine in New Orleans and a columnist for Edible Long Island, Kitchn, and OpenTable. As a history and English double major at Tulane University, research is her huckleberry jam. Being able to combine both and food is one of her greatest pleasures.
