Chef Marc Murphy

Marc Murphy is a chef and global food expert. Upon graduating from culinary school, he trained as a line cook for Prix Fixe, a sous-chef at Layla, and the executive chef at Cellar in the Sky, all well-known restaurants. He also co-owned La Fourchette and, later on, Le Couteau. Eventually, he moved on to create his Benchmarc brand restaurants. He was formally trained at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. He is currently working to raise funds and cook for World Central Kitchen, which is on the border of Poland serving Ukrainian refugees.
