Kristina Cho loves to share her cooking heritage with others. Her blog and social media outlets, Eat Cho Food, encourage home cooks to try beloved Asian recipes. Her cookbook, Moon Cakes and Milk Bread, teaches bakers how to make their favorite Chinese bakery items at home. Growing up surrounded by big family meals at her family's Chinese/Cantonese restaurant, Kristina has always been passionate about cooking. When she went to college to be an architect, she found she missed the comforts of cooking. She began a food blog, Eat Cho Food, to share her passion for Asian cuisine and to encourage home cooks to try to make their favorite Chinese dishes at home. She also contributes her cooking advice to a number of media outlets, magazines, and websites.
