Experience

Gigi Stewart experienced autoimmune reactions firsthand due to celiac disease. Upon receiving her diagnosis, she began to put her academic background to work, researching health solutions. She began to develop recipes for gluten-free eating that also speak to those with dairy and egg allergies. Gigi started her own food blog and then her own food magazine, Food Solutions. She has been featured in HuffPost and is the author of two gluten-free cookbooks.
