Gaby Dalkin is a trained chef and food stylist with her own personal brand, What's Gaby Cooking. She has written four cookbooks: What's Gaby Cooking, What's Gaby Cooking: Eat What You Want, Absolutely Avocados, and What's Gaby Cooking: Take it Easy. She is also a contributor to Better Homes & Gardens, working on a special edition of Better Homes & Gardens entitled Mindful Eating with What's Gaby Cooking. Gaby has appeared on the TODAY Show cooking segments and is featured in the food blog Create & Cultivate. Gaby graduated from Westlake Culinary Institute with a degree in culinary arts. She then specialized in pastry arts at the Academy of Culinary Education.

Prior to working with food, Gaby earned a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and marketing.
