Dana Angelo White, MS, RD, ATC

Dana Angelo White is an athletic trainer who provides rehabilitation treatment to college and professional athletics. She is also a registered dietician, which allows her to provide consultations regarding nutrition, recipe development, and sports nutrition. Dana has written for Better Homes & Gardens, Shape, Maxim, and VeryWell Fit. She has also made television appearances with Food Network, Access Hollywood, ABC Nightly News, and New York Live. She is an academic researcher and cookbook author.

Dana Angelo White earned a bachelor of science degree in sports medicine from Quinnipiac University, and then went on to earn her master's degree in nutrition education from Columbia University. She possesses a dual certification as an athletic trainer and a registered dietician. As a result, she not only writes recipes and nutritional plans for athletes and lifestyle magazines, but also provides rehabilitation programs for college and professional sports programs. Dana is a member of several nutrition advisory boards, such as the National Honey Board and the National Mango Board.
