Chelsea Evers has 10 years of experience creating content with a focus in home and DIY. She currently works as the copy director for Belief Agency.


Chelsea Evers got her start in journalism through an internship with the American Society of Magazine Editors. She then joined the Better Homes and Gardens editorial team as the home design apprentice, writing features and shorts for the DIY, Storage, and Secrets of Getting Organized sections.

Chelsea moved onto freelancing for Better Homes and Gardens in 2012, mainly producing and writing product roundups. She also specialized in creating DIY, craft, and how-to stories, along with features on homeowners.

Last Call Creative, Chelsea’s production company website, offered services in writing, producing, and designing stationery and illustrations for almost a decade. Her client list includes The Boston Globe, Zillow, Wayfair, Walgreens, and more.

Chelsea is now based in Portland, working as the copy director of Belief Agency.


Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design and journalism from Iowa State University.
