Anthony Rose

Anthony Rose is a food writer and chef based in Toronto, Canada, with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.

As an executive chef, he has worked with The Drake Hotel, Alias Restaurant, and The Stissing House. His recipes have also been published in national and international publications, including Better Homes & Gardens. Anthony also co-authored "The Last Schmaltz: A Very Serious Cookbook" alongside Chris Johns.

Anthony is now the executive chef founder of culinary company Rose and Sons, as well as a consultant for brands and clients in the hospitality field. He attended the California Culinary Academy.
