It's light, refreshing notes come from Prosecco (or other sparkling wine) and a splash of club soda. A couple ounces of Aperol give the drink its signature bitter flavor. Use a tall glass or deep wine glass to serve chilled over plenty of ice. Add an orange wheel to the glass for a pretty pop of color and bright citrus flavor. Ingredients 1/3 cup sparkling wine 2 ounces aperol 1 splash club soda Directions Fill a collins glass or wine glass with ice cubes. Add ⅓ cup Prosecco or other sparkling wine; ¼ cup (2 oz.) Aperol; and a splash chilled club soda. Stir gently. Add an orange slice to glass.
