Felt Heart Favor Embellishments

• Tracing paper
• Pencil
• Scissors
• Pinking shears
• Felt in coordinating colors
• Embroidery floss
• Needle
• Hot-glue gun
• Grosgrain ribbon
• Small gift bag

1. Trace the heart patterns; cut out.

2. Use the patterns to cut shapes from felt, cutting the largest heart shapes for each design with pinking shears.

3. Add flowers in the lazy daisy stitch as desired. Use embroidery floss and straight stitches to attach the felt layers.

4. Hot-glue the felt hearts to each end of a 23-inch length of ribbon; tie to favor bag handles.
