[MUSIC] Next, add three tablespoons lime peel, a quarter cup lime juice, a quarter cup snipped fresh cilantro, one tablespoon olive oil, four cloves of minced garlic, two teaspoons chili powder, one teaspoon onion powder, a half teaspoon kosher salt, and a quarter teaspoon cayenne pepper. Seal the bag and knead the marinade into the pork. Transfer the bag to a large bowl and refrigerate for one to two hours. Drain the pork and discard the marinade. [MUSIC]. Next, we'll head out to the grill. Cover and grill over indirect heat for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done. Remove the pork and let stand for three minutes. [MUSIC].
