This home built in 1885, had last its character during previous remodels. The goal, tap back in with its historical roots. The plan added a [unk] fireplace and three dormers referencing arts and crafts styling. Cider clapboard siding and Cider shingles also add dimensioning curve appeal. When the sagging front porch was rebuilt, it was more than just a structural overhaul. The old [unk] was removed and the columns rebuilt, a [unk] bird ceiling, new fans and a stone floor give the revitalized porch a charm. Beyond the big ticket items, small details are also important to the new look. The shutters feature a pine tree cut out design. The green hue adds color to the brown and green façade. Copper gutters and down spouts were chosen for the interesting Bettina game as they wither in age. Moving a few trees took the landscape from overgrown to lush. New full beds continue the home story book look and beautifully showcase its improved appearance.
