It's important not to overbeat whipped cream. It can turn into butter quickly. Whipped cream is wonderful spooned over fresh berries, ice cream sundaes, fruit pies-- the sky is the limit. If you don't serve the whipped cream immediately, cover it tightly and keep it chilled for up to a day.
