Today we're talking about green smoothies. I'm talking about adding vegetables to your smoothies. The great thing about this is that you don't have to worry about special equipment. You can use your regular blender. Start with a handful of spinach, maybe some tail or even a whole head of lettuce then you can move on to your fruit. How about an apple, add some strawberries or even a handful of blueberries. Then I'd like to add my liquids. I like coconut water, maybe some almond milk or even coconut milk.
