How to Make Lasagna
Between your layers of meat, cheese, and noodles, include a homemade bechamel sauce in your lasagna. The creamy Italian favorite helps you make the best lasagna recipe ever.
Nothing says yum like a big pan of hot, bubbling lasagna. To make your favorite recipe even better, add creamy layers of béchamel sauce to the dish. It's incredible. To make the sauce, first cook minced garlic in butter in a saucepan then add flour to make a paste. Gradually, whisk in milk, stirring constantly to prevent lumps and simmer until the sauce thickens. Stir often at this point to keep it from scorching. Off heat, stir in grated parmesan cheese. As you assemble the lasagna, spread some of the béchamel over each layer of noodles followed by marinara or meat sauce, more béchamel and shredded mozzarella. Continue layering until all the noodles are used. Just wait until you taste this. This combination of creamy béchamel and tangy tomato sauce between layers of cheese and noodles is outstanding.
