-Here are two easy appetizers that come together in minutes for those unexpected guest. This cheesy spinach in making that recipe is so great because nothing needs mesuring. I bought a package of frozen spinach and drained it really well. Add some cubed Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, some Philadelphia Cream Cheese, one can of diced tomatoes with chilies, and eight slices of cut and crumbled bacon. Stir these together, and then microwave on high for about 5 minutes or until the Velveeta is melted. Make sure to stir halfway through the cooking to make sure that everything melts evenly. This also makes a great appetizer to bring to a party because you could just combine all the ingredients in a microwavable container and then heat it up when you get there. Take a long a bag of assorted Nabisco or Christie Crackers, vegetable dippers and you're set. Our Second idea is a Crostini recipe that only needs four ingredients. Stir equal amounts of Miracle Whip Dressing or Kraft Mayo Real Mayonnaise, and Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese. Then add some chopped green onions. All right, stir this together. Once its combined, spread this mixture on to Triscuit Crackers, then bake them in a preheated 400-degree oven for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the tops are bubbly and golden brown.
