NO_TRACEBACK_INFO So, I'll just beat that up with my rotary beater or a whisk will work if you don't have one, and you just simply pour it into a 15 x 10-inch baking pan. And what I really like to do is actually put the pan on the rack in my oven first and then pour the omelets in. That way you won't kind of spill it as you go to the oven. So then, all I'm gonna do is bake it at 350 for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the eggs are set. So, here's a pan that I've already baked and all you do is just simply cut the omelet into squares. And I like to invert it onto my plate. That way, you can see the nice brown spots. Now, I've got tons of different filling options here. You can go from your traditional ham and cheese. I'm gonna do roasted red pepper and some Feta cheese, and I'm just putting this on 1 corner of my omelet, and we'll top it off with a little bacon. And then just fold over the omelet, and there you have it. You can get everyone at the table with their omelets and enjoy your brunch all at the same time.
