-Hey everyone, I'm Judith. Well today, I'm gonna be showing you how to make Queso Fundido Diablito, a very indulgent cheese dip to have when you're watching the game or when your friends are over. So, what you'll need is 1 jar, about 12 ounces, of medium hot salsa; 1 can of green chilies, chopped and drained; 1/2 pound of shredded Jack cheese; 1/4 pound of shredded cheddar cheese; 1/4 cup of pitted black olives, chopped; and 1 bag, about 9 ounces, of tortilla chips. Alright, so very, very simple. All you need is a 2 quart baking dish right here and we're gonna mix in our cheeses like so, nice fresh Monterey Jack, the lovely cheddar there, which is gonna taste so good when it's melted, our salsa goes in there too, and our green chilies, gonna give a nice kick, not too spicy the green chilies that are milder of the chilies and we're gonna give that all a nice stir. We preheated our oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and this is gonna go in there for about 30 minutes. So, I think that all mixed in well there. Oh, looking and smelling good already, very nice. Alright, so that goes in for 30 minutes at 350. So, our Queso Fundido has come out of the oven looking fabulous, really luxurious. The cheese is partially melted all in there and that is ready for serving. Make sure to let it rest for 10 minutes before doing the finishing pieces. So, you can garnish that with a little bit of olives right there. Nice chopped olives. This is a good one actually to serve at Halloween just for all the friends. Those Halloween colors, you know, and serve it nice and warm and will be perfect, there you go serve it with some corn or tortilla chips and there you have it.
