How to Remove Raspberry Seeds
Separate raspberry seeds from the juice and pulp by using a sieve.
For seedless raspberry puree, place fresh or frozen raspberries in a sieve. With the back of a spoon or a rubber spatula, mash raspberries against the side and bottom of the sieve. Continue to mash to get as much juice as possible.
