How to Peel and Seed a Melon
Learn the safe way to peel and seed a melon, and our easy method for cutting it into chunks.
To peel and seed a melon, take a large knife and slice it in half. Scoop out the seeds. Turn it upside down on a flat surface so that it's stable. Cut off the rind from the top, towards the cutting board in long strips, using the green part of the melon as a guide. Once peeled, cut the melon into any shape you want, slices or chunks.
