Candy-Box Caramels

Everyone loves caramels during the holiday season and I've got a great idea to turn them into the most beautiful candies you've ever seen. I'm Sandra Lee and this is a simple trick that you can use during any holiday. All you're gonna do is just take store-bought caramels and take them out of the package, then I want you to put just an ordinary toothpick in the center of each one. Now, I've melt a chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate, and all you're gonna do is just dip your caramel into the chocolate, give it a little shake and then add whatever decoration you would like. Now, this is sprinkles but you can add either toffees or sugar, even nuts. Now, you need to place this onto a waxed cover baking sheet, so they can set up. Now, after you dip your caramel into the chocolate, go ahead and shake off the excess and this is gonna be perfect in just some beautiful sanding sugar. Look at that!
