Dipping Cookies in Chocolate
A quick dip in melted chocolate makes even the simplest cookie look so elegant.

" Dipping cookies into icing or melted chocolate is an easy way to add frosting to cookies. For this quick decorating technique, dip the top edge or a portion of the cookie in the melted chocolate. For a special touch, while the chocolate or icing is still wet, sprinkle with some chopped nuts or toasted coconut. Place the cookie on a wire rack over some wax paper until the icing has dried."
