Window Screen Art
Create three-dimensional works of art using an inexpensive window screen. Cut it, sew it, and shape it for unique looks indoors and out.
Hardy metal sculptures anyone can create are easily done by using an inexpensive roll of aluminum window screen. Think big and exaggerated and cut out a shape. You'll need to cut out two pieces. Stitch together using wire or to make a fast easy job of it, I pull out my trusty hog ring stapler. Pull the trigger and go. Once panels are stitched together, you'll wanna wrinkle and squish and puff it up to give it some dimension. Add some paint for color. You could even build off of it with other shapes. Add a wire hanger to the back side and this project is complete. Inexpensive, original artwork you created yourself. Looks great indoors or out. (music playing)
