And all you need are some branches, some wire, and some knots or pads. For the body, you need a branch that's half an inch in diameter cut to 2-1/2 to 3 inches long. Grab some more branches that are 1/8 of an inch to quarter inch in diameter and cut out 4 sections that are 1-1/2 inches long for the legs and then cut out 4 more that are only 1 inch long for the arms. Drill 2 holes through the body half an inch from each end. Run a 6-inch piece of wire through the top, edge your shorter branches for the arms, snip and twist your ends. Do the same thing for the legs. Add a Brad nail to the top and a predrilled hole for the head and top of with a knot or pad of your choice, securing with some wood glue.
