" To dress up a plain pumpkin, try this. Its super simple to turn your pumpkin patch into a boutique with this painted pumpkins. Now, this is a great no-carve option, and I've got a variety of metal paints here. I've got gold, silver, and copper, and I've gone ahead and given my pumpkin a base coat of the metallic gold. Now, you could stop there but I'm gonna add a little more glamour to these pumpkins. So, once the base coat is dry, what you're gonna do is your gonna take a small round sponge brush and your gonna dab it into some white crafts glue. You wanna make sure you got quite a bit on there and then you're just gonna stamp it on to your pumpkin and give it a little polka dot. Like that and you're gonna wanna do just a few polka dots at a time. This is what you'll find if you put too many out there. They'll dry before you get to the next set. Also, another tip I'd like to do is I like to kinda give it a twist just to make sure I give it a nice, clean edge there. Alright! So, now you're gonna take some little bit of glitter and sprinkle it on the glue. Like this. Just make sure you'll cover the whole dot of your glue, and you're gonna wanna do it over some newspaper for easy cleanup. Alright! Now, you just gonna wanna give it a light glow. Get off the remaining glitter and it looks like that, and you just continue going around the whole pumpkin until you have as many dots as you'd like, and another tip that I'd like to do is I like to take some black acrylic paint and put some in your dish here and then take a brush and I just wanna finish off the stem. And so just paint it black, like this. And it just gonna finishes off your pumpkin. And just go around. A little stem here. But your not done yet, what your gonna do is your gonna take your black glitter again and then just put the glitter over the black paint for a really fun effect. And then again just blow off the excess and there you go! Isn't that fun? Now, you could do your pumpkins all in the same color or you can mix it up a little bit different and use different colors maybe even different shapes. I mean like, I think stripes would be a really cool project to do. What a fabulous way to dress up a pumpkin and add a little sparkle to your pumpkin patch."
