Easy Baked Omelettes

Here's a clever way to get omelets for a group on the table at the same time.

" Brunches are a great way to get your family and friends together. Omelets are always a big hit, but it's kinda difficult to get all the omelets on the table at the same time. Well, try this! I'm simply going to bake my omelets rather than make them on the stovetop, and you can make more than 1 at a time. So, I've got some eggs here. It's 12 eggs, a 1/4 cup of water, and just a little salt and pepper to season. So, I'll just beat that up with my rotary beater or a whisk will work if you don't have one, and you just simply pour it into a 15 x 10-inch baking pan. And what I really like to do is actually put the pan on the rack in my oven first and then pour the omelets in. That way you won't kind of spill it as you go to the oven. So then, all I'm gonna do is bake it at 350 for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the eggs are set. So, here's a pan that I've already baked and all you do is just simply cut the omelet into squares. And I like to invert it onto my plate. That way, you can see the nice brown spots. Now, I've got tons of different filling options here. You can go from your traditional ham and cheese. I'm gonna do roasted red pepper and some Feta cheese, and I'm just putting this on 1 corner of my omelet, and we'll top it off with a little bacon. And then just fold over the omelet, and there you have it. You can get everyone at the table with their omelets and enjoy your brunch all at the same time."

Well, this looks all the world like heavy cream in this pot here, but actually, in fact what it is, is 2% evaporated milk, chicken broth, and garlic.
